Creativity and cooperation: Finding balance when working with influencers

Whilst working in Financial Services, Emily discovered blogging as a creative outlet and started to recognise the opportunity for brands and influencers to collaborate on UGC and authentic WOM at scale. 4 years ago she turned her passion into her career and entered the influencer marketing industry in its very early stages. In 2017, with the launch of TRIBE UK, Emily joined the team to lead partnerships with brands & agencies and later took her experience to spearhead TRIBE’s US launch, working with clients such as Unilever, P&G, Bacardi & WPP. Upon returning to the UK, Emily joined MediaCom as Head of Influencer Marketing Strategy – an important hire within the fastest growing division within content marketing for the agency. Her role is to lead the Influencer Marketing offering for both UK & Worldwide clients such as Coca Cola, Mars, Bose, LVMH, Sky, Bayer and many more.
