About Alison Da Silva
As Managing Director of Zeno’s Purpose & Impact practice, Alison works across global offices to deepen and expand capabilities in this space as well as to serve as a senior leader to keep clients on the cutting-edge as the landscape continues to evolve. Her twenty five years of experience spans purpose positioning, corporate responsibility, social impact, employee engagement, public/private partnerships, stakeholder engagement, reporting and integrated marketing communications. She is a senior advisor in creating strategies and breakthrough campaigns that help clients authentically integrate their purpose efforts to drive business, brand and societal impact.
Prior to Zeno, Alison served as the head of Cone’s award-winning Corporate Social Responsibility practice and a co-creator of Porter Novelli’s global Purpose Practice. During her career, she has built initiatives for clients such as CVS Health, DICK’S Sporting Goods, UPS, Target, Visa, Hilton, Walgreens, Neiman Marcus and American Heart Association, among others.
She also led the development of Cone and Porter Novelli’s groundbreaking benchmark research, exploring the attitudes and behaviors of global consumers, employees and executives toward corporate involvement with social issues and responsible business practices. Recent studies include: 2019, Gen Z Study, 2019 Feeling Purpose Biometrics Study, 2018 Purpose Study, 2017 CSR Study, 2016 CSR Employee Engagement Study, among dozens of others.
Alison is a regular speaker at leading conferences each year, such as Sustainable Brands, Commit Forum, Engage for Good and CECP. She was recently awarded PR News’ CSR Professional of the Year and published articles in the Stanford Social Innovation Review and the Harvard Business Review.
